2Real recently released his amazing new kicks (is that the right terminology, Kafka? 
) called Pure, and also made a special MicRocka edition for one of the best performers in SL.
To celebrate this, MicRocka is going to be performing at 2Real’s store this afternoon at 4pm SLT, so if you have no intention of watching yet another boring Oscars night, come down and hang out!
The Accessory Fair opens today with a bang. There’s going to be a grand opening party today at 1pm SLT with a contest for the “Best Broadway Nights” look and the grand prize is L$5000! I think that will buy you a lot of purses and jewelry at the fair, so it’s definitely worth braving the lag!

Earthstones is unveiling their new Hera earrings at the fair which match the previously released ring. These are absolutely stunning, and the picture just doesn’t do them justice. They glitter like they’re made of real diamonds, though not in a blingy sparkly way, no fear. They are made of a whopping 255 prims each, but when you see the detail you can understand why. Now, while wearing these won’t win you any fans at a huge Truth sale or something, they will win you admirers for their sheer gorgeousness. You can pick these up at the fair for L$2499. Expensive, yes, but worth it. They come in four colour palettes, each representing one of the seasons. Shown here is Bloom, for Spring.
Ganked Jewelry is new to me, but they are planning some big things at this year’s fair. Goldblooded on the left has been blogged several times already, and I can see why. It’s an unusual concept for the necklace, which just sort of drapes over the shoulder. The set includes bracelets for each wrist and of course earrrings, which are subtle enough to wear with the necklace without looking too done up. This set will be available exclusively at the fair.
On the right is All That Jazz, a new necklace with 100% of the proceeds going to Relay for Life. The bows and huge rhinestones are a cute touch to a classic design.
Split Pea is showcasing some fun designs at the fair this year. Inset is the panda mask which is held in front of you with a built-in pose, and it’s so cute. In my blogger review package, there were lots of things reminiscent of a New Year’s party or Mardi Gras, minus the naked beads.
The mask on the left, called I Told Lies To Your Family, comes in two flavours: one can be simply worn, like this, or you can also get a hand-held version, and all of the proceeds of the hand-held version will go to Relay for Life. Also, if you like the feathers but want to make sure to show off your pretty face, you can get just those as well.
And finally today, we have SiSSi with her awesome new releases for the fair. On the left is Lucky Dice, a necklace that is available for both male and female avatars, and this is so great with the dice and the Chinese? characters. On the right is Where are my Glasses?, handily worn on a necklace so you’ll never have to ask that question again. Perfect for the old or forgetful, or just to be kitschy cute. I am neither old (okay, not *that* old) or forgetful so it must because these are cute! These glasses have a colour-change script so you can change parts of it, and since the glasses are white, and it’s mod, you can tint the glasses to better match what you’re wearing!
Hopefully if all goes according to plan, I’ll be back here daily with goodies you can find at the fair. If not, well it won’t be daily but I’ll certainly try to do it often!
Zaara has a small but amazing formal section. Embarrassingly, I had no idea it even existed until the very newest release came out and it just happened to be in that area of her store.
Mahari is the latest release, only about a week old now, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I love the nearly sheer embroidered top and the poofy poofy skirt! Pulling it all together is a beautiful belt that contrasts nicely.
It’s available in six gorgeous colours, and one of my favourite options available at Zaara is the ability to buy “mini-fatpacks” of just one colour range. I chose the Spring colours, but there are darker colours also. Each dress is L$490, or you can get one of the two available mini-fatpacks of three at L$980. If you like all the colours, you can get the full enchilada pack at L$1900.

Hansika is my definitely my favourite gown in the store. I really love the metallic overlay that makes this design absolutely unique and special, and if you were pregnant it’d totally hide the belleh! Hehe I kid, but one can’t hide how spectacular this gown is.
There are two colours only, which is sort of a shame considering how pretty it is. If you like Hansika as much as I do, you can get one colour for L$850 each or both for the special price of L$1500.

Vayu is a soft floaty gown, seemingly made of air. The full bodysuit provides a very nice silhouette under the dress. I found this rather hard to photograph but it was a dream to wear. I felt like a princess, particularly in this Breeze colour. This gorgeous creation is also available in two colours, and you can buy one for L$850 or two for L$1500.

And finally, we have Amala, another gorgeous gown evocative of sumptuous surroundings and fabulous parties. The texture of this gown is amazing and so well done. If you’re modest, you can wear the less sheer lace top, but for the immodest amongst us 
, you can wear the more sheer version.
This is again L$850 each and you can get a fatpack of all three colours for L$1900.

Fri.day is consistently one of my top five stores to shop in. For layerable versatility, there’s really no one doing it better. Every week, on Fridays of course, I look forward to their new releases with a kind of rabidity of the truly obsessed fan.
This week was no exception to the awesomeness.
The Spring Bloom dress is so lovely and perfect for spring, which it’s starting to feel like where I am. It’s March in a couple of days and it has not snowed all winter here. So I am hoping, knock wood, that it means it won’t! One can only dream.
So anyhow, where was I…right! The Spring Bloom dress is a short frock with a ruffly skirt and a low cut scoop-necked tank style top. It comes in several different colour combinations and lookit the bow on the back! I love bows. The hair worn with the yellow dress is also a newer one by Fri.day called Miley, and the one on the left is Carrie. I love the casual ponytail styles they keep coming out with and rocking the hell out of!

Another very cute dress released recently is the Sweet Heart dress, shown here in Citrine (left) and Pearl (right). It’s really late and I can’t think of what to say about this dress except look how gorgous! So go get it.
The other week was a good one for hairstyles with flowers in it. First Truth came out with Berry, and then this lovely Marie style came out the next day, with a separately attached bloom (so you can wear it with any hairstyle!) It has to be said that Fri.day has always paid a lot of attention to the small details and making sure that their customers get their money’s worth. The flower comes with 3 different attachment point options!

The comfy cardigan is one of my favourite releases this year. I’m such a sweater whore. The jeans are also one of the newer releases, and look at the cute pockets on them! They do a booty good.
Under the sweater, I’m wearing the Fri.day Basic Cami in white, and this colour is only available as a freebie at the Sunny sim. Yes, that’s right, a freebie. This is one of the best cute camis, and I love that it’s not *too* low cut, so it’s good for layering under cardigans like this! My hair is the brand new effortly classy Summer hair, and I didn’t think of it at the time, but the flower from the Marie hair would be perfect with this to sort of dress it up a bit!

Truth Hawks has done it. He’s released what is probably my favourite release all year. And considering that he even released Phoenix 2.0 (called Nadia, but it was from the same reference so it’s actually really Phoenix 2.0!) last week, that’s saying something.
Clockwise from the top left:
Elysium is a gorgeous, softly tousled hairdo, exactly what your hair might look like if you just rolled out of bed. Very sexy.
Milla is a half-up, half-down hairstyle with the bangs swept off to the side. I adore this one.
Chalice is a very cute updo with a messy bun to the side and long bangs.
And finally, Ben is the lone male hairstyle this week, and it’s pretty nice. I hope Truth comes out with more male styles.
There you have it. These will be released later on today/early tomorrow. And don’t forget, Chalice is the SL Daily Deal today, and he’s selling fatpacks for only L$450 in the Truth Fashion sim! Only 500 will sell for this low low price, and it’s such a bargain when you consider that you’ll get like…50? colours for less than the price of two colour packs would be at the normal price.
Emma Gilmour of Sand Shack Surf Co. has always been one of my favourite casual wear stores in SL, and she’s been releasing some super cute things lately and I was feeling super inspired and even somewhat artistic, hence my departure from the regular whitish background and into new realms of SL beauty!
The latest release is Emma’s way of saying she’s sick to death of winter, and bring on the summer already! I can’t blame her really, though my winter on the west coast has been far better than what I’ve heard it’s like on the east coast.
My favourite of the bunch is the mid-thigh length jeans Shack jeans shorts with rolled up cuffs and in eight incredible denim washes. These are so worn in and comfy looking, exactly what you’d want to wear over your brand new Moana Surf Co. bikini when you’re at the beach. They are cut *very* low in the back, so if you are a fan of the hint of plumber crack, these are for you!
The shoes I’m wearing are the excellent Boardwalk shoes, also from Surf Co. All these shoes coming out, I’m loving like a two dollar shoe whore!

Some of my other favourite releases, though it came out while I was on sabbatical from SL last year. I’m a little bit Country is the name of this top, and it goes oh-so-perfectly with the Straw Cowboy Hat, my favourite feature of which is how it comes in both a regular shade and the faded version of that shade. And the hat comes with a wheat shaft to chew on!

Lesley is the latest release from those talented girls over at Whippet & Buck (how cute is that store name, btw?) and it’s so freakin’ adorable, I’ve been living in it for two days now.
It comes in four basic colours, and in every conceivable layer, which of course is fantastic for everyone who likes to mix and match. And also, this makes your booty look smokin’!
But that’s not the only superbly textured, amazingly detailed item you can find in the store. Everything in there is pretty much perfectly done, and it makes you look amazing and your ass is pretty scrumptious and well….lickable!
In the left outfit, I am wearing the Georgie Tapered Trousers in Tall Poppy paired with the newish Rachelle Cropped Bustier in Cherry Blossom. The center is the gorgeous Bardot Tartan Dress, worn with my trusty Maitreya Shanti sandals in Cherry, and on the far right is the amazing Victoria High Waisted Pencil Skirt, worn over the Cole Boatneck Top in Valentino.
When the weather is light, nothing is more perfect then the Grazia Frilly Tartan Top on the left (actually worn without the frills here) with the Stein Tailored Shorts, both in the Indigo colour option. On the right is one of her dresses that I bought immediately upon my return to SL back in October, the Haver Tiered Frock in Brown/Grey.
And when night falls (or the middle of the day, whatever works for ya) and you’re feeling like a bit of sexy time, there’s nothing better than the Frilly Little Bras & Knickers (god, I love them for being Australian and using words like knickers!!)

I can’t think of any titles, so it is what it is. I’ve been holding onto these Rockberry freckled skins for awhile now, but I have yet to blog them. First, I was on an Internet break, and my blogging break extended even after that, and even though now it just seems like it’s ridiculously late to blog about how much I do love the Uma skin from Rockberry, and especially in this freckled version.
This will be a quick post because it’s late and I’m tired.
